Responsibilities

  • Work with Design and Buying team to overview and ensure the collection development process is on time and up to expectation
  • Oversee purchasing programs and processes, work closely with regional sourcing offices to follow up the production cycle to guarantee on-time delivery, and ensure product quality is up to standard
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve workflow efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc projects if required

Requirements

  • Tertiary graduate in Textiles and Clothing, Fashion Design or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience in product development, preferably with buying office experience in multi-national company
  • Good knowledge of pattern engineering, costing, proto typing and manufacturing process.
  • Strong menswear product categories knowledge preferred
  • Systematic, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Frequent travel is required
