Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Tax Services. 

In this role, you will

  • Support manager to formulate controlled processes to ensure functional units and business processes align to tax requirements of local market requirements
  • Assist manager on the implementation of tax strategies and policies relating to global custody business
  • Interact with internal business stakeholders and external clients as necessary, ensuring clients receive latest market information
  • Assist manager in the preparation of regulatory filings
  • Understand and assist to establish implementation process that address to group policy
  • Ensure processes adhere internal polices and or regulatory standards

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • A tax professional, with a successful track record of delivering tax related services in a securities tax environment
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Personal qualities of stability and leadership.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good time management
  • Able to work in pressured environment and manage priorities effectively 

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
