Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Training and Talent Management, the incumbent has to develop and implement the leadership and management training framework that is aligned with Corporate vision and values
  • Conduct training needs analysis to ensure the training offerings meet Business and Function units' requirements
  • Plan, develop and deliver training programmes and solutions with measurement on training effectiveness
  • Support the Department Head to develop and implement talent management programme to fill up the talent pipeline
  • Manage training or special projects as appropriate

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in training or HR field with working experience in banking/ financial institution an advantage
  • Proficient in Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin will be more preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and serving mindset to ensure effective management of key stakeholders
