Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 3PL account management and operation
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments
  • Maintain customer service level (KPI)
  • Handle inbound shipment arrangement, work with customer logistics team and freight forwarder / local transporter on order fulfillment

 

Requirements

  • DSE pass or above
  • At least 5 years of logistics, 3PL operation and customer service experience
  • Good inter-personal and computer skills with customer oriented
