Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations General Manager in staff management, team building, overall planning, implementation,  development and evaluation of the Community Health Development Centers
  • Deliver direct professional practice in services and case management with the service users and their families
  • Build up community networks with external stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of services to the community
  • Align with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience; preferable in Social Work or Community Health 
  • Experience in inter-disciplinary collaboration is an advantage eg. social worker working with health professionals in service delivery or vice versa
  • Experience in partnership with various stakeholders such as government departments, district councils, commercial enterprises, schools and housing estates is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good in planning and organizing, problem solving, system thinking and communication
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Candidates with higher qualification or more experience could be considered as Operations Manager
