Assistant Product Development and Client Experience Manager
Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Product Development and Client Experience Manager.
- Participate in the development and implementation of various private banking products and services to acquire market share and to maximize profit for the Bank
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and enhancement of private banking products / services as well as smooth implementation of system enhancement projects
- Conduct market intelligence for keeping abreast of the latest market trends and formulate / develop analytic models to facilitate business and management decisions
- Provide product briefing and support to relationship management teams to ensure their awareness of the operating procedures and regulatory guidelines in conducting sales and related activities
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, with good knowledge of investment and insurance products
- Strong motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
