The Job:

  • Responsible for managing bids in response to Request for Proposals(RFPs) from customers.
  • To fully co-ordinate sales strategy, technical design, project management and commercial inputs leading to obtaining authorization in line with current corporate governance.
  • To meet the qualification in a structured manner, identifying any areas of weakness with an action plan to address issues/concerns.
  • Support negotiations at senior levels, within major customers and supplier environments.
  • Develop customer relationships and seek opportunities to grow the business.
  • To promote the vision and strategy of the Bid Management and of the bids supported. To proactively highlight any areas for improvement and provide solutions and support to resolve them.

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business, Engineering or IT discipline
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in bid management
  • Previous experience of leading major opportunitiesthrough a governance process
  • Document Solution /IT services background is preferable
  • Effective risk management capabilities, working with risk owners to ensure a thorough risk register is in place
  • Internal stakeholder management capabilities up to board level
  • Commercial acumento ensure deals are commercially viable
  • Multi tasks capability and can work independently. Team player and is self-motivated
  • Proficiency of utilizing PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
