Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in property and asset management
  • Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) ordinance, DMC & related ordinances and building services aspects of various properties
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and market sense
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assets management of various properties
  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning of a designated property portfolio
  • Handle all matters relating to existing property portfolio, including rental renewal, documentation and renovation project
  • Liaise with property management companies and contractors on daily routines and renovation works
  • Conduct regular study to identify the best practices in real estate sector
