We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Sales Support Manager.

In this role, you will

  • To provide performance support to sales team by producing sales activities and productivity report with regarding to Management Information Reporting
  • Oversee analytical support to monitor implementation of the need base sales model
  • Demonstrate teamwork through positive approach and develop close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a small team to ensure an effective and efficient management of sales task force in terms of database maintenance and further enhancing morale and culture of the team
  • Ensure that new projects are currently in compliance with Risk Management and Regulatory Standards
  • Take part in internal control development and maintaining contact with external regulators

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Experience in insurance sector dealing with agency administration or policy administration
  • Ability meet deadlines and detail orientated as well
  • Excellent skill sets in various disciplines including data analysis, communications and project management
  • Able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Written and communication skills in languages such as English and Chinese is preferable
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Access is also preferable
