Assistant Services Support Manager
Private Banking and Trust Services – Private Banking Department
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Services Support Manager.
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of various business/ system implementation projects with front office, middle office, operations, technology and services etc.
- Participate in the project tasks such as business requirement formulation, project analysis and documentation, review of functional specifications, review and preparation of testing scope, test plan and test cases, participation in User Acceptance Test and assist in resolving relevant project issues
- Work cooperatively with related stakeholders to ensure successful outcome of the project delivery
- Deliver training to business users when needed
- Develop subject matter expertise in business areas/ functions in relation to the assigned projects and provide ongoing support to business users upon system implementation
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking and project management, with knowledge in private banking operations, wealth management products, system implementation etc.
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills
- Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
