Key responsibilities:

  • Business development, execution, technical support of environmental and chemical assessment related projects
  • Work with operation teams in different affiliates to oversee implementation and effective operation of multiple compliance programs
  • Proven experience in compiling multidisciplinary proposals and reports
  • Preparing work plans, conducting and/or directing site verification work, collecting, processing and evaluating collected evidences and data
  • Experienced in confidently delivering presentations to a broad range of audiences;
  • Experience of cross-departmental working
  • Establish project needs and monitor work-in-progress to ensure final deliverable adhere to requirements
  • Some travel to different countries including southeast and northeast Asian countries, including China

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of apparel and textile manufacturing experience
  • At least 3 years of experiences in managing supplier chain compliance program
  • Technical knowledge on environmental management program
  • Technical knowledge on garment and textile production
  • Technical knowledge on chemical management
  • Knowledge of implementing Higg facilities environmental module
  • Experienced in facilities improvement programs (energy management, water management, wastewater effluent, chemical management)
  • Mature and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese is a must
  • Candidate has more experience will be considered as Manager
