On behalf of a retailer, we are looking for high calibre to fill the position of Assistant Technical Support Manager.
- Manage all technical aspects of network infrastructure and internet service operations and follow the company’s standard and procedures
- Provide Server / Database / Helpdesk support, manage and liaise with external UNIX Server / Helpdesk vendors to ensure their provided services are up to the required standard and in a cost-effective approach
- Maintain disaster recovery plan and periodical drill
- Monitor utilization rate and plan for expanding network capacity and storage requirement
- Keep abreast of new products and technology and maintain the network security and operation efficiency with up-to-date well-tested software and hardware
- Degree in Computing Science / IT / computer related discipline
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in infrastructure Management and Helpdesk Support, preferably with SAP system in retail industry
- Superb vendor management experience
- Excellent project, resource and people management skills
- Good command of English and Putonghua
