On behalf of a retailer, we are looking for high calibre to fill the position of Assistant Technical Support Manager.

 

Accountabilities

  • Manage all technical aspects of network infrastructure and internet service operations and follow the company’s standard and procedures
  • Provide Server / Database / Helpdesk support, manage and liaise with external UNIX Server / Helpdesk vendors to ensure their provided services are up to the required standard and in a cost-effective approach
  • Maintain disaster recovery plan and periodical drill
  • Monitor utilization rate and plan for expanding network capacity and storage requirement
  • Keep abreast of new products and technology and maintain the network security and operation efficiency with up-to-date well-tested software and hardware

 

 Attributes

  • Degree in Computing Science / IT / computer related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in infrastructure Management and Helpdesk Support, preferably with SAP system in retail industry
  • Superb vendor management experience
  • Excellent project, resource and people management skills
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
