Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Associate Human Resources and Administration Director
  • Responsible for identifying training needs, designing programs, conducting and delivering in-house training & field coaching particularly customer service, selling techniques, frontline supervisory management training…etc
  • Responsible for the manning of Mystery Shopper Program & Service Culture Program
  • Formulate & manage training plan and budget
  • Handle Customer Complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Training & Development, HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in retail brands with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with different levels of people including customers
  • Strong drive in implementing training to support business
  • Pro-active, fast-paced, work independently & good time management
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
