Assistant Trust Administration Manager
Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Administration Manager.
- Assist the Trust Administration Manager to administer a growing number of accounts by providing quality trust services to clients and maintain existing client portfolio
- Prepare relevant trust documents relating to the daily trust administration
- Perform the daily administration work and ensure compliance with the Group policy and procedure in order to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
- Supervise and manage the performance and development of subordinates within Trust Administration Team
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualifications an advantage
- Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration work gained with a major bank trustee or accounting firm
- Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
