Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance monitoring activities such as compliance reviews/self-reviews
  • Identify potential regulatory risks in order to protect and enhance the reputation of the Bank and to avoid significant financial loss to the Bank
  • Ensure compliance policies and procedures are embedded into Banks’ policies and procedures and operating effectively
  • Follow up findings from Internal Audit Department or Regulatory Examinations
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to Branch management and Head  Office
  • Assist in other ad hoc compliance related tasks

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably with professional qualification (eg. CPA)
  • Around 5 years’ relevant experience in compliance and/or banking audit
  • Sound knowledge in laws and regulations applicable for banking industry
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated and  able to work under pressure
