Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional insurance broking services and advice to clients to retain and penetrate business of existing clients
  • Manage necessary renewal procedures and documentation timely and effectively
  • Explore new market and business opportunities, participate in business planning and development
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with insurers, design and negotiate cost-effective insurance programs to cater for our clients’ needs
  • Supervise the daily operations and client services of the team
  • Advise proper procedures and documentations to the Technical Representatives (TR) , ensure all TRs and the supporting team are in compliance with the required procedures/ regulations and time schedule with quality output

 Requirements

  • Degree holder with good progression in insurance professional qualification
  • Passed in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
  • Proactive, detail-minded and able to manage multi-tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
