Client Details

Our client is a well-established international bank focusing on private banking and investment banking businesses. Currently it is recruiting for a high-calibre candidate to join its project team to drive new initiatives and projects.

Description

Job responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for enquiries from front office, sales support and internal stakeholders on connected party and concentrated trades, monetization and ADR conversion
  • Manage coordination with product team, sales and operations on connected party positions, monetization and ADR conversion transactions
  • Handle execution of transaction, manage account opening, account set up, documentation, sales support and reporting
  • Oversee control and ensure compliance to related procedures and guideline, coordinate compliance checks


Profile

Suitable candidates should have:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales support or client service, preferably within private banking
  • Experience and knowledge on connected party/concentrated positions, ADR conversion and insurance premium financing
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work under pressure
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
