• University Degree, Higher Diploma, or above in related field
• Over 10 years' experience in garment OEM/ODM industry
• Demonstrate concrete knowledge and solid experience in garment manufacturing processes, capabilities, and workmanship standards
• Solid experience in ERP system development and implementation, costing model and continuous improvement
• Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills are essential
• General understanding of international standards, such as ICTI, ISO9000 requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage all levels of people
• Strong leadership skills and be a committed leader, with experience in coaching teams and individuals, understand group dynamics and team building
• Self-motivated, result oriented, and capable to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Overseas working experience is an advantage

We are setting up a new plant located in South East Asia, and seeking for a capable, enthusiastic, and qualified executive along with our management team for implementing the project and operating the factory.
1.Report directly to Director of Operations
2.Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling of production processes, and logistics operations
3.Devise and implement factory's operations/ quality policies and procedures
4.Manage daily operations and overall management functions including planning, production, quality control, administration etc.
5.Establish quality control plan to ensure process and product quality
6.Monitor the manufacturing cost, including analyzing, controlling, reporting, and making recommendations to the Director of Operations
7.Solve problem timely and effectively with corporate functions, such as Sale and Marketing, Purchasing, and Planning and Control
8.Ensure all capital assets are well maintained and utilized
9.Build up a strong potential workforce with proper people development strategies
10.Lead, coach and train the managers/ supervisors to achieve production efficiency and quality, emphasizing on meeting safety standards & regulations
11.Ensure the factory conformance with all regulations and customer requirements
