Reporting to the Audit Committee, the Group Internal Audit Department is highly respected in the Group. We are responsible for providing internal audit services to all companies within the Group and other Swire owned companies which are based in or managed from Hong Kong. We are now looking for a talented individual to work in the department as Auditor, which is an exciting role with an opportunity to build your career in a global organisation.
As a member of the Group Internal Audit Department, you will frequently contact with senior management and have a high visibility within the Swire Group. You will participate in planning and executing risk-based audit assignments and special reviews for different group companies and lines of business. You will also assist in the ongoing development of audit methodologies.
This role requires a conscientious individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to convince and influence others, as well as ability to create and maintain good working relationships with all levels of staff. Suitable candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and hold a recognised Accounting qualification or the CIA qualification. The ideal candidates will have gained at least 3 years of audit experience from Big-4 firms or multi-national organisations. Risk-based audit experience, strong analytical, and report writing skills are essential. Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin are mandatory. Previous PRC and regional exposure is definitely an advantage. At least 50% of travel should be expected.
