Exciting opportunity to join a sizeable and well-known property developer to handle its big data development project

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading property developers with a number of world-class commercial portfolios - residential/commercial buildings, hotel and luxury retail across Hong Kong and China. In order to further integrate their customer data base, CRM, digital and other e-services functions, they're currently looking for a big data expert to plan and implement the integrated database and analytics roadmap, strategy and plans for the group.

Description

It's newly set up team within the group and this role will be directly reporting to Head of CRM and responsible for the development and implementation of the customer database set up and data analytics strategies and plans. You will act as project lead and key person to manage the implementation and formation of integrated data warehouse and generate excellent data analytics roadmap and strategy. You will need to work with external vendors on the design of effective database features and database governance rules to enhance efficiency in data retrieval and data exchange. You will also need to build data analytics capability for the group - build in-house capability (structure, process, data mining models and system) to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends valuable for up-selling and cross-selling, and maximize the lifetime value of customers. You will need to provide an internal training on the usage and how to turn insights to actionable plan to all business units.

Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital, Dig Analytics or relevant discipline
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in sizable companies. Experience in leading roles as database architect and data analytics specialist
  • Good technical knowledge of data models, data warehouse design and development, data integration of various data sources
  • Strong commercial sense, quantitative and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded and good team player
