- Support daily branch operations
- Perform loan processing and administrative duties
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Assist in payment transactions
- Support sales and marketing in product promotion and customer acquisition
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer services / telemarketing
- Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
