Business Analyst Manager (Luxury Retail, 5day; HK$38K-45K)

Our client is a renowned luxury Retail group. They are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join their growing team:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparation of budget, forecast and strategic plan to support management decision-making.
  • Month-end closing, prepare KPI, variance analysis and periodic sales reports by SAP as well as work with Business Planning team with data extraction, quantitative analysis and business presentation for Asia Pacific region.
  • Support Retail Sales on administrative areas such as sales information management, workforces planning and sales productivity monitoring
  • Work closely with Sales Management team to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness to cope with business sales target and market strategies
  • Generate sales analysis reports on timely basis, conduct and participate in periodic review of sales performance and achievements
  • Gather market and competitors' data, formulate reports and analysis and share with stakeholders in a sustainable manner
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in the development of different sales support systems
  • Retail leasing, store opening, renovation and maintenance issues
  • Follow-up the communication and correspondence between retail stores and head office
  • Ensure resources are well utilized, streamline the work process as well as support existing business practices

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Retail Administration/ Operation (in FMCG or Retail industry is definitely an asset)
  • Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Advanced level of Excel (vlookup, pivot table) and PowerPoint is a must
  • Fluency in written and spoken in English & Chinese
  • Strong planning, organization and time management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
