Job Duties:

  • Acquire new client groups, application fields and deepen business with existing clients.
  • Assess team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales
  • Maintain relationship with staff and keeping up-to-date on their work progress
  • Generate reports and analyze relevant business data
  • Present findings to the team and executive members of staff
  • Determine the reasons for profits and losses
  • Assume responsibility for the success or failure of strategic decisions
  • Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business
  • Educate team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness
  • Follow up on client leads
  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the company
  • Attending expositions and seminars if necessary
  • Assist with investment and financial decisions to benefit the company
  • Aware of market trends and competitor behavior
  • Complying with regulations and laws of business development
  • Maintain a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
  • Participate in new project and product development for existing and new markets

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of sales and/or new business development experience
  • A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personalities;
  • High fluency in spoken English and Cantonese as well as strong competency in written English and is must
  • Proficiency in Internet and PC software, esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
