Business Implementation Manager
Private Banking and Trust Services – Private Banking Department
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Implementation Manager.
- Oversee and monitor business/system implementation projects/initiatives with various stakeholders including Front Office, Middle Office, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Services etc. to support business development and growth, drive business/operational enhancement and ensure control effectiveness
- Actively manage and monitor the scope and schedule of the business/system implementation projects/initiatives to align with business directives and strategies and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate the overall planning and monitoring of various projects/initiatives with other Front Office/Middle Office Teams and supporting departments
- Keep abreast on latest technology/best practices in banking industry and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in banking and project management, with knowledge in private banking operations, wealth management products, system implementation etc. and past experience as a project leader an advantage
- Proactive and innovative with good project management, problem solving, communication and analytical skills
- Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
