Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. Global Asset Management fulfills its purpose of connecting HSBC’s clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Risk and Control Management Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Support implementation of audit recommendation in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Coordination on behalf of executive office on various business risk and control related initiative with other departments including front office, Compliance, Information Technology, Operations, Finance and Performance Measurement
  • Identifying control weaknesses and recommendations through proactive review of core business processes and procedures.
  • Provide risk analysis and recommendations to other departments in Hong Kong and other countries in Asia Pacific as needed
  • Engage internal customers regularly by understanding and sharing vision, best practice, challenges, and potential solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
