 Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service support for our e-Commerce platform (Jego Trip), such as handling customer enquiries, reviewing and processing applications, monitoring abnormal situations, etc.
  • Update product information in time, such as price, promotion activities and daily operations
  • Coordinate with business partners, channels and sponsors regularly for account checking, billing, payment etc., and prepare business financial reports
  • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc performance reports and presentation materials for Management review 
  • Responsible for departmental finance budgeting, procedure and testing card management
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business operations, customer services or related fields
  • Knowledge in VoIP, data and roaming business is definitely an advantage
  • Experience in finance, data analysis or operations in sizable hi-tech and Internet companies is highly preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, hardworking, responsible, self-motived and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Excellent written skills in Chinese is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
