An industry leading retailer with a sustainable business model is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the C&B Manager.

Job Description
  • Take lead in all C&B related matters for Hong Kong and PRC office
  • Develop and implement programs while aligning policies with the Company business strategies in the Greater China region
  • Monitor payroll processing for their corporate headcounts with the support of subordinates
  • Close collaboration with department heads and give suggestions on compensation plans along with value adding C&B initiatives in order to retain talent and boost team morale
  • Review and analyze Group C&B plans to maintain market competitiveness
  • Manage any ad-hoc C&B projects when required


The Successful Applicant
  • University graduate, GRP holder preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits/ payroll administration in which at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Seasoned HR practitioner in overseeing payroll operations preferably from sizable organizations
  • Have prior PRC exposure will be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of HR trends, market benchmarking and income tax, and HR related regulations.
  • Excellent numerical, forward thinking, analytical, research and presentation skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented and diligent.
  • Good command of both verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power-Point along with strong HRIS system knowledge (i.e IPL etc.)
