Job Descriptions:

  • Lead a team of payroll specialists to deliver payroll activities for HK, Macau and other APAC countries
  • Drive and monitor the payroll vendor to ensure the outcomes are attained and on time.
  • Ensure the payroll accuracy with full compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Manage employee insurance scheme like medical, group life insurance, employees' compensation insurance
  • Manage attendance system to ensure data captured
  • Act as super suse to manager HRIS system
  • Analyze HRIS change requests and work with internal IT team to implement the change
  • Manage HRIS and participate in system development and enhancement
  • Consolidate HR statistic reports, ad hoc reports and presentation files for management review
  • Handle other ad hoc project and activities as assigned

 

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in HRM/ Business Studies or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in C&B operations including 5 years managerial experience in sizable company
  • Sound analytical skill and good influencing power to stakeholders to resolve operation issue independently
  • Well-versed in HK and Macau employment ordinances, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other labour legislation
  • Experineced in handling of international payrolls (including other Asia Pacific countries) is an advantage
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numberical sense, detailed-mindset & self-motivation
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS system
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Flexible with good prioritization skills and adaptive
  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
