Our client is a well-established international retail company.
- Report to the C&B Manager, and act as the first level contact in all aspects of C&B operations including monthly payroll, MPF, medical insurance etc.
- Assist the implementation of incentive programs, discretionary bonus, salary bench-marking etc,
- Compile HR analytic reports
- Support in HRIS development projects and participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years related experiences
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of health benefit programs in Hong Kong, China, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore
- Good command of written and spoken in English is a must
