Job Duties:

-       Monitor projects results

-       Manage Team productivity, effectiveness & discipline

-       Training & quality assurance

-       Handle customer complaint

Job Requirements:

-       F.5 or above

-       At least 3 years telemarketing/ CS experience

-       Relevant experience in handling banking products is an absolute advantage

-       Excellent interpersonal skills & leadership

-       Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English;

-       PC knowledge in window application (e.g. Ms Word, Excel, etc);

-       Shift duty required.
