Salary Negotiable

• Degree holder in Accounting, Economic, Finance or related discipline with CPA qualification
• Over 20 years financial management experiences. With Listed companies' financial management experiences and sound knowledge of HK Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code is a must
• Familiar with business operations processes, with excellent professional judgment and rich experience in handling accounting ad hoc analysis
• Preferred candidate with financial management experience in real estate development industry
• Good and extensive network in banks and investors for financing
• Proficient in Hong Kong and PRC taxation laws and regulations and familiar with accounting standards and related financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies
• Frequent traveling to PRC and other countries

• Participate in the Group's business strategy & development plan
• Monitor the Group’s debt and capital structure, expand and develop investment channels and execute re-financing strategy
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new strategies and regulatory action
• Responsible to develop and maintain the relationships with the banks and investors for financing the Group’s new developments and general working capital
• Participate in the Group’s marketing, roadshows and press & media and investors’ relation activities
• Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, cash flow and financial forecasting for the Group, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Chairman, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities
• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the Group; i.e., evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions and investments
• To assist the Chairman, the Board and other senior executives to identify investment risk and introduce early warning mechanisms
• To liaise and co-operate with the Group’s project companies/ subsidiaries and offices in China and overseas, in relation to the budgeting, accounting and financial reports
• To liaise and co-operate with external auditors and other professional parties and regulatory authorities
• Maximize pipeline expansion and develop investment, capital operation, under the company's financial controls and management
• Management of the Group’s tax plan. To fully understand the tax management requirements in HK and PRC
• To enhance the internal control of financial reporting and budget control on all overseas subsidiaries including PRC, USA and Canada.
