Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic alliances with merchant partners and distribution partners for a new O2O travel loyalty platform
  • Recruit partners into the program and negotiate long-term business deals
  • Define the platform’s brand experience and build a core fan base for expansion
  • Devise a long-term sustainable strategy for customer retention via attractive rewards and loyalty points redemption and conversion
  • Design and execute cost-effective marketing and sales campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue generation
  • Launch marketing programs driven by online digital marketing leveraging on offline competitive advantages
  • Maintain an active user base via integrated CRM and consumer engagement
  • Spearhead deep-level data mining and analyses to track and predict consumer preferences

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing, e-Business or related disciplines from a top university
  • 5 or more years of senior management experience
  • Solid track record in building/marketing travel-related e-Businesses
  • Strong connections in regional hotel industry
  • Start-up mentality, adaptive and resourceful
  • Familiar with loyalty points system and conversion mechanisms
  • Immersive experience in mainland China’s mobile e-commerce ecosystem
  • Ready to take on full profit and loss responsibility
  • IT knowledge is preferred but not a must
  • Able to speak and write Chinese
