Client Details

One of the largest securities firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to head their risk management department. They have 5 line of business including brokerage, corporate finance, asset management, private equity and wealth management. The risk management team will look after credit risk, market risk, operational risk and enterprise risk for all these business line.

Description

Managing a team of 5, you will be responsible for -
  • Handling risk management matter from top management perspective
  • Facilitating and improving risk management process
  • Supervising the risk management team and effectively drive initiatives and implement changes if necessary
  • Working closely with the China headquarter to facilitate effective communication


Profile

To be qualified for the post, you will need to have -
  • Solid risk management experience from a group level
  • All rounded and sound risk management skills in credit risk, op risk, market risk and enterprise risk
  • Strong people management skills
  • Native or close to native Mandarin proficiency is a must
  • Ability to adapt to Chinese culture
