Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of construction and maintenance works for a large scale residential estate in Hong Kong. It mainly involves maintenance of civil works, road, water works. You will also provide technical advices to your existing team members as well as provide leadership and mentoring to develop and up-skill local talent.



Client Details

Our client is a well and long established property developer. It has a huge developed and luxury residential estate in Hong Kong . Since the existing head is retiring soon, they are looking for a replacement.

Description
  • Manage and ensure timely completion of civil and maintenance works
  • Plan and prepare program and work schedules
  • Ensure the smooth project and maintenance implementation
  • Liaise with internal parties and Subcontractors
  • Attend site meetings to report progress and resolve project related issues
  • Ensure that all construction works are being met in accordance with projects specification
  • Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
  • Conduct site supervision when required


Profile
  • Degree or higher in Civil / Structural or related discipline
  • 10 or more years working experience in civil jobs - road and water pipes
  • HKIE is preferred but not a must
  • Proficiency in PC applications
