The appointee will report to the Director of Health, Safety and Environment. Duties include managing the reception counter and answering enquiries; arranging office supplies; handling and delivering incoming and outgoing mails and parcels; carrying out simple moving tasks; providing general administrative support and daily clerical assistance; inputting data and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have an associate degree or at least achieved University entrance requirements at the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, with communication skills in both English and Putonghua. Knowledge in computer would be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
