In this role, you will perform credit card application processing including data input, verification & editing and conduct preliminary document screening. You will also conduct UAT and perform result checking to ensure the new system settings are up to user requirement standard. In addition, you will support in-house call and phone verification for credit card application.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Secondary education or attain the HKDSE
At least 1 year of working experience in banking industry
Knowledge in card products and operation workflow
Knowledge in Compliance and HKMA Requirements
Able to work under pressure
Good team player
Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Excel, Word
Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Assistant.
