- Perform clerical and administration duties for Credit Card Centre
- Handle incoming / outgoing mail and maintain office supply & stationary inventory
- Perform reception job duties, including visitor monitoring, security maintenance, meeting room reservation, etc.
- Maintain filing system of Credit Card Centre
- Support for ad hoc duties as assigned
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- With relevant working experience of functional administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
