Applications are invited for the following post:

Clerk II in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.:201601316) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should possess a Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent; and at least 3 years’ office administrative experience. An excellent command of spoken and written English, fluency in Putonghua, proficiency in word processing, and good knowledge of IT and software applications are required. Those with prior work experience in tertiary institutions would have an advantage. The appointee must be self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attentive to details, and a good team player with an ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure. He/She will assist in office daily operation and administrative duties, and perform any other duties as assigned.
