We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for a project :-

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows:
A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies holder from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent
Possess not less than 10 years’ experience acting as full time COW in building construction works (Experience in Residential and GI/C projects is preferred)
Possess qualification for acting as TCP T3 for AP stream to fulfill Buildings Department’s requirements of the site supervision plan
Reach the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent
[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
