Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify share transfers, shareholder amendments and other transactions related to corporate actions
  • Maintain share registry database

Requirements

  • DSE graduate or above, preferably 1 year working experience (fresh graduate may be considered)
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Able to meet tight schedule
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Cantonese

Remarks: The role will be on two year contract basis with the possibility to be considered for permanent position.
