Responsibilities

  • Handle KYC periodic review of clients and follow up on KYC requirements
  • Complete pre-signing or closing activities and initial transaction setup in accordance with operating procedures and checklists
  • Answer and handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully and contact existing customers for re-visit on a regular basis
  • Deliver quality customer services including but not limited to assisting clients to resolve trading platform problems, trade processing issues, following up and handling client complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Assist in marketing and business development initiatives and events
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


Requirements
 

  • University graduate in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
  • Concrete experience in client management in brokerage and wealth management
  • Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High level of customer-centric mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services to customers
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
