Key Responsibilities: 

  • To support the development and execution of communications plan and strategy
  • To plan and organize briefings, seminars, trainings and promotional activities
  • To liaise with stakeholders, government bodies and associations in connection with marketing/promotion campaigns
  • To liaise with mediators on the FDRC List of Mediators and arbitrators on the FDRC List of Arbitrators
  • To support media engagement and handle media enquiries
  • To prepare press releases and to develop relationship with media
  • To work with advertising agencies and to prepare regular reports for monitoring
  • To prepare and support content development and production of corporate or promotional materials, such as annual reports, brochures and website content
  • To conduct research and to implement ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in corporate communications or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage)
  • Good team player with a positive working attitude
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing. Knowledge of Photoshopor Illustrator is an advantage
  • Sincere, mature and reliable
