- University / Polytechnic graduate in Accountancy / Company Secretaryship or related discipline
- At least 4 years' solid experience in company secretarial field with around 2 years' relevant experience in listed companies
- Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKICS/ICSA Associate Member)
- Good supervisory, communication and analytical skill
- Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge
