Reporting to the team manager, the successful candidate will design, formulate and execute solutions development in business process business. He/she will work closely with vendors, sales and marketing department and project teams. Solutions go-to-market and sales team engagement is essential, and, the successful candidate will also manage the vendors' performance on sales and post-sales process. He/she will be self-motivated to equip additional skills and knowledge for continuous productivity improvement.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Information Systems
- 5+ years of IT solutions pre-sales / sales experience, with at least 3 years in developing new business in BPM solutions/services
- Knowledge of BPM methodologies, best practices, business architecture, application architecture and repository management preferred
- Strategic business mindset with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Customer focused and process oriented
