Responsibilities:

  • Perform data verification  and assist in card promotion programs for new products
  • Work and co-ordinate closely with both internal and external parties to ensure smoothness of the program implementation
  • Coordinate with team members as well as monitor daily operations to ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
  • Handle ad-hoc project as assigned from time to time
  • Five days back office work 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary graduate or above
  • 3 years’ relevant working experience in banking and finance industry, credit card business is preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in card products, systems and operations is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Immediate availability preferred
