- Maintain client relationship through outbound servicing calls
- Handle inbound hotlines inquiries
- Perform administrative support including return mails, data input…etc.
- Form 5 or above
- Responsible, independent and customer service oriented
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fast & accurate typing in English and Chinese
- Fluency in speaking Cantonese and English is a must.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience gained in customer service support is preferable
