Interested in joining Hong Kong's most well recognized and largest coffee house and the leading food and beverage group? To meet with our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and sales-driven professional for the role of Corporate Catering Executive.  

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Assistant General Manager
  • Liaise with existing and new B2B and B2C customer contacts for event sales
  • Source for new customer leads
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team in all aspects to ensure the delivery of a successful event
  • Handle pre and post sales matters
  • Participate and assist with company internal staff activities
  • Assist with new product and merchandise launch and promotions
  • Aggressively drive sales and seek for new revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel and Catering Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the hotel or food and beverage industry, preferably in a sales-related role
  • Interested in developing a career in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
