Corporate Sales Consultant - Key accounts
Our client is a reputable and well-known services provider in Hong Kong for decades. Due to their business expansion, they are looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to take care of their corporate clients.
Role and Duties:
- To identify Cloud Business opportunity and develop partners, assist client with technical knowledge and company’s Cloud Service products for the maximum benefit
- Manage potential opportunities, develop relationships with business partners and clients in support of sales team
- Establish and manage complex cross-functional combinations of Cloud Service products and internal technical setups
- Conduct meetings and presentations for clients and communicate with their technical teams/engineers to understand their needs
- Cultivate lasting business relationships with key accounts through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth including upsells, cross sells, service opportunities, and referrals
- Organize and lead technical workshops for customer engagements. (For examples, Demonstrations, events and POC)
- Work closely with the Technical Support Team and assist them in the daily operations
What we are looking for
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or equivalent field
- 3 years or more experience in sales engineer, cloud products or relevant experience in IT sector
- Familiar with the IT & Telecommunications market in Hong Kong and China
- Knowledgeable in cloud computing and technologies
- Excellent account servicing and customer services skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
