Responsibilities:

  • As  the primary credit decision system manager to ensure policies/ credit  criteria and parameters are accurately and effectively implemented into the system
  • Assist in policy formulation and design the policy implementation details related to credit decision system
  • Formulate system test plan and participate in the preparation & execution of  User Acceptance Test for various projects/ credit policies enhancements
  • Liaise with different stakeholders and work on various product development projects
  • Identify and design credit risk and portfolio MIS reports to ensure sound risk control and comply with internal & external regulatory requirement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder,  preferably in Credit Risk Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Mining or relevant quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant  working experience, preferably in banking/financial industry and with good knowledge of credit card/personal loan products
  • Experience in system  projects including collecting user requirements, preparing test plan and performing  UAT
  • Experience in  credit approval and implementation & maintenance of credit decision engine definitely an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation, detail-minded, able to deliver under pressure, good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua      (preferable)
  • Strong data  analysis skills such as SAS tools or good knowledge of computer  programming is preferred
