Job Duties:

  • Handle hotline services and answer enquires for customers
  • Promote mobile services / products to selected customers by phone in order to meet preset sales target
  • Mainly handle outbound warm calls (existing customer group)

Job Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE/Diploma/Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year customer service / sales experience
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
  • Outbound / Mobile sales experience is preferable
  • Results driven towards achieving sales target
  • Able to work under stressful and ever changing situation

Working Hours:

  • Perform shift duties (weekend shift is required), 7.75 hours/day
  • 5 days per week
